Role Overview

Alzab Algharbiyah is seeking a Procurement Officer for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring the timely and compliant acquisition of materials and services for company projects.

Key Responsibilities

Source suppliers and obtain and analyze quotations.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Issue purchase orders in accordance with company policies and project requirements.
Track order status and coordinate with project, finance, and warehouse teams.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and services that meet quality and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate vendor records.
Monitor inventory levels and procurement budgets.
Prepare procurement reports and support audits and documentation requirements.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and systems.
