About the Role

Riyad Bank is seeking a Productivity & Reporting Sr. Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves monitoring operational productivity, performance indicators, and reporting activities across Operations to support efficient resource utilization, performance management, and data-driven decision-making. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures, providing instructions to subordinates and monitoring adherence, particularly concerning SAMA Execution Orders, Instructions, and Inquiries.
Execute day-to-day operations for the team, ensuring compliance with established standards, SAMA Circulars & Regulations, and procedures. This includes sending payments as per orders, setting up monthly collection garnishments, and handling SAMA letters.
Monitor productivity, workload, and capacity utilization across Operations.
Analyze operational performance trends and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, and service performance indicators.
Support workforce and capacity planning activities through data analysis.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of operational performance data.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational effectiveness.
Support management reviews through reporting and performance analysis.

Continuous Improvement and Compliance

The specialist will contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, considering best practices, SAMA instructions, business process improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement. This includes contributing to projects related to SAMA Execution Orders, Instructions, and Inquiries, whether sponsored by SAMA or Riyad Bank. The role also requires compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to monitor operational productivity and performance indicators.
Experience in preparing management reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards.
Familiarity with SAMA regulations and execution orders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Operations department of Riyad Bank. The role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
