About the Role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Delivery Program Manager for a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on leading large-scale, complex transformation and technology delivery programs for prominent banking and financial services clients across the Middle East. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery, ensuring profitability, strengthening executive stakeholder relationships, and enabling delivery-led business growth within highly regulated banking environments.

Program Leadership and Delivery

• Lead large and complex banking transformation programs from initiation through execution and closure.
• Drive delivery excellence across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
• Establish and govern program management frameworks, risk controls, and delivery methodologies.
• Manage cross-functional teams comprising business, consulting, technology, and operations professionals.

Executive Engagement and Financial Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level and C-Level-1 executives within client organizations.
• Act as the trusted advisor for strategic delivery initiatives and transformation programs.
• Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and business reviews.
• Own overall program P&L and drive margin optimization.
• Monitor financial performance, revenue realization, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Identify opportunities to improve program profitability through operational efficiencies and delivery excellence.

Business Development and Growth

• Partner with account and sales leadership to identify growth opportunities within existing banking clients.
• Support business development activities, solutioning discussions, and client presentations.
• Contribute to account expansion through successful program delivery and strategic client engagement.

Risk Management and Governance

• Establish effective governance structures for program oversight.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, commercial, operational, and regulatory risks.
• Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and organizational quality frameworks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a seasoned leader in program management.
• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar programs.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with C-Level stakeholders.
• Experience delivering strategic business outcomes in highly regulated banking environments.
