Program Manager International Schools

About the Role

Noon - Education for Everyone is seeking a Program Manager International Schools to manage and expand its international tracks offering. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and reports directly to the Head of International Tracks. The role involves both operational oversight and strategic development to enhance the learning experience for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing, developing, and innovating the program to improve student experience, learning operations, and delivery. This includes continuous iteration based on student feedback, trial and error, best learning practices, and new ideas.
• Ensuring all operational aspects of the track, such as schedules, teachers, supervisors, parent communication, and data, run efficiently and to standard, with continuous improvement each term.
• Owning team rhythm and cadence, including weekly interactions with teachers, supervisors, and operations teams to address priorities, blockers, and follow-through across all vectors.
• Developing and executing strategies to scale the program significantly in Saudi Arabia and beyond in the coming years.
• Contributing to the creation of engaging learning experiences for students.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-5 years of experience working and delivering in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for MBB or start-up experience.
• Must have lived and worked or studied in both Saudi Arabia and the US / UK.
• Currently based in Riyadh.
• Passion for education and an innovative mindset.

• Effective communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and applying AI in workflows.
• Ability to think creatively about enhancing the school experience.
• Decisive, self-driven, and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information while owning the outcome.

Preferred Qualifications

• Attended an American high school (either in the US or an international school).
• Experience teaching and/or working with high school students.
