About the Opportunity

Anotech is seeking a Project Leader Data Center to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position designed for a seasoned professional ready to oversee critical data center projects within a dynamic environment.

Role Overview

The Project Leader Data Center will serve as the senior on-site authority, responsible for the comprehensive execution of construction and commissioning activities within the Data Center program. This role demands a strong focus on technical quality, adherence to schedules, and maintaining high safety standards on site. The successful candidate will also apply robust business acumen to manage financial aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the senior on-site authority for construction and commissioning execution across the Data Center program.
• Drive technical quality, schedule adherence, and safety protocols on site.
• Apply strong business acumen to support cost control initiatives.
• Manage variation orders effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee and contribute to estimating processes for project components.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on site, closely engaging with the technical details of construction and commissioning.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project leadership, particularly within construction and commissioning of data centers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical quality, project schedules, and site safety.
• Proven track record in cost control, variation order management, and estimating.
• Must be genuinely hands-on, with a strong presence on site and close attention to technical details of construction and commissioning.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires consistent on-site presence to effectively oversee project execution and ensure direct engagement with all operational aspects.
