About the Role

Role Overview

The Project Manager Experience Design will be responsible for overseeing projects from concept through completion, ensuring they align with both user needs and business objectives. This position involves close collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams to facilitate the creation of user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of experience design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive creative solutions.
• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, particularly within user experience or design projects.
• Experience in agile methodologies is preferred.
