The Role of Project Manager II

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager II to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position that involves managing moderately complex projects. The role requires a professional with over 10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage one or more moderately complex projects. These projects may involve clients with a regional geographic footprint, multiple services provided by regional IE offices, or other complexities such as litigation, environmental protection, or due diligence.
• Oversee all phases of projects, from initiation to close-out, as required.
• Work mostly independently, receiving basic instruction on specific assignments, objectives, complex features, and potential solutions.
• Seek technical guidance for unusual or complex problems and obtain supervisory approval for proposed project plans.
• Potentially supervise senior-level engineers across various disciplines, as well as representatives in project administration, project controls, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and procurement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of moderate complexity, including those with regional scope or specialized requirements.
• Capability to work independently while also collaborating with supervisors for guidance on complex issues.
