About the Role

Code Ninja is seeking a Project Manager - Operational Resilience Projects to lead bank-wide IT Operational Resilience initiatives for a leading Saudi banking client in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring alignment with Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) regulations. The position involves driving disaster recovery readiness, Business Continuity Management (BCM) integration, cyber resilience, and the continuity of critical business services across the bank's technology and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of operational resilience projects across business and technology domains.
• Coordinate with various internal teams, including Transformation Office, BCM, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit.
• Ensure project alignment with SAMA operational resilience regulations and audit requirements.
• Manage resilience assessments, gap closures, Disaster Recovery (DR) drills, service continuity planning, and critical service mapping.
• Prepare steering committee reports, executive dashboards, and regulator evidence packs.
• Control project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and vendor delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within operational resilience or related IT regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead bank-wide initiatives.
• Understanding of SAMA operational resilience regulations.

This role operates within Code Ninja's embedded engineering model, working directly within a top-tier banking client's governance and workflows.
