Project Manager

About the Role

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee civil engineering projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring successful delivery within defined parameters.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of civil engineering projects. This includes overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, as well as coordinating with all relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering projects, from planning to handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in civil engineering, including project management roles.
• At least 5 years of project management experience within Saudi Arabia.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid knowledge of local codes, regulations, and construction practices in Saudi Arabia.
