The Role of Project Manager

AbrakRax is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, and execution. The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, contributing to the company's commitment to high-quality developments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
Managing expediting activities to maintain project timelines.
Supervising inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Organizing logistics to support efficient project operations.
Monitoring project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Preparing regular status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
Ensuring full compliance with local regulations and development frameworks in Riyadh.

Required Experience
