Role Overview

ACT is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Hospitality technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans for Hospitality technology initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage project timelines and track progress against established milestones.
Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and expeditors to ensure timely procurement, inspection, and logistics of project materials and services.
Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Prepare and present regular status reports to relevant parties.
Support the continuous improvement of project management practices in alignment with ACT’s standards.
