About the Role

HILL INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Projects Training and Change Management Expert to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on developing and implementing training programs and change management strategies specifically for water and wastewater projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop training strategies, plans, and curricula tailored to project teams and stakeholders involved in water and wastewater projects.
Design and deliver training materials, modules, and resources, including e-learning courses, workshops, and job aids, to enhance project management skills.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations on project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
Facilitate interactive training sessions to promote knowledge transfer, skill acquisition, and competency development.
Lead change management initiatives to drive awareness, understanding, and acceptance of project-related changes within the organization.
Develop change management plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement tactics to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and behaviors.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Develop and maintain a repository of training resources, FAQs, and user guides for project-related information and support.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and change management interventions through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and performance metrics.
Analyze training outcomes and identify areas for improvement to continuously enhance the quality and impact of training initiatives.
Collaborate with project managers, subject matter experts, and training stakeholders to align training objectives with project goals and priorities.
Coordinate with internal and external training providers, vendors, and consultants for training delivery and content development.

Candidate Requirements

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
Proven experience in leading and managing change initiatives within an organizational context.
Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
