About the Role

Saudi Arabian Trading & Construction Co. - SATCO is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This full-time position is based in Al Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on fulfilling staffing needs for both construction projects and corporate functions.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the timely acquisition of qualified personnel. This includes sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of various roles, from technical staff to project management, within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit Engineers, Project Managers, Supervisors, Technicians, and skilled manpower.
• Manage CV screening, conduct interviews, facilitate salary negotiations, and extend employment offers.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams to meet manpower requirements and mobilization deadlines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, prepare hiring reports, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Support Saudization requirements and manage Qiwa sponsorship-transfer processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years of recruitment experience is required, with a preference for candidates from the construction or engineering sectors.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the KSA labor market and established recruitment practices.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills are essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on supporting the recruitment needs for various projects and corporate functions within Saudi Arabian Trading & Construction Co. - SATCO.
