About the Regional Medical Advisor Role

Atos is seeking a Regional Medical Advisor based in Riyadh. This full-time role involves providing medical and scientific support, education, and training to external customers, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders across various business functions. The successful candidate will join the Medical Department and report directly to the Sr Manager, Metabolic Field Team, contributing to strategic initiatives focused on CardioMetabolic Diseases.

The Medical Department

The Medical Department aims to improve patients' lives by serving as a strategic partner in the generation, interpretation, and communication of scientific data with relevant stakeholders. The department ensures full compliance in all internal and external activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and expand into new therapy areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and update scientific and medical knowledge regarding the entire cardiometabolic portfolio, including new developments and competitor products.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans aligned with medical priorities, ensuring awareness and understanding of the scientific basis and clinical usefulness of compounds within the cardiometabolic portfolio.
• Facilitate the development of symposia, meetings, and education seminars for healthcare providers, delivering presentations at local meetings and external conferences.
• Identify opportunities for academic and professional collaboration, developing project proposals to support business cases for local funding and initiatives.
• Contribute to medico-marketing strategy and provide support for local business plans, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulatory requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with business ethics, local regulations, Medical Governance frameworks, and reporting safety information as per SOPs.
• Respond to unsolicited requests from healthcare professionals regarding products.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to proactively develop KOL-tailored medical engagement strategies grounded in rigorous insights.
• Demonstrated capability to contribute to shaping scientific agendas and measurable clinical practice improvements.
