About the Role
Electromin is expanding its presence in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is seeking a skilled and motivated Regional Sales Executive to drive the sales of its charging solutions. This full-time position focuses on expanding Electromin's reach within the central and eastern regions of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with key accounts in Riyadh and surrounding regions to understand their charging solution needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts across the central and eastern regions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Promote and sell Electromin's chargers, installation services, and software solutions, emphasizing the benefits of electrification.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and presentations for key accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to address client inquiries.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts to achieve revenue goals while ensuring mutual benefit.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer support, for smooth product and service implementation.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and report regularly to management on key account activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Passion for electrification, resilience, and a positive mindset are essential.
- A customer-centric approach is necessary, with a willingness to serve diverse customer types from retail to commercial.
- Experience in the LV (Low Voltage), MV (Medium Voltage), Solar, telecommunication, or Electric Vehicle sectors is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as *******, HubSpot, and Oracle is an asset.
Work Location and Travel
This position is based in the Riyadh office. Frequent client visits within the designated regions are expected.
