Tabby | تابي is seeking a RegTech Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to our commitment to leveraging technology for robust regulatory compliance and risk management.

Role Overview

The RegTech Manager will be responsible for leading the integration and optimization of regulatory technology solutions across our Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) functions. This role requires a professional dedicated to driving innovation in compliance and ensuring our systems meet evolving regulatory demands and support smarter risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and oversight of regulatory technology solutions that support Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) functions.
• Ensure all AFC systems and tools consistently meet regulatory requirements and standards.
• Oversee the design, tracking, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting frameworks for Compliance and AFC systems.
• Guide and mentor teams in adopting RegTech best practices across Compliance and AFC departments.
• Coordinate effectively with internal Compliance units and external departments to facilitate the successful delivery of regulatory technology projects and solutions.
• Support initiatives for automation, digital transformation, and process optimization within compliance and financial crime prevention efforts.
• Monitor evolving regulatory and industry developments to ensure that technology and processes remain aligned and up-to-date.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-enabled compliance projects and inspections.
• Conduct periodic system audits and validations to confirm ongoing effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare and present strategic technology roadmaps and comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders.
• Provide training to compliance staff on new technologies and actively promote digital literacy within the department.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in regulatory technology, compliance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in compliance innovation and implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead and implement complex technology solutions in a regulatory context.

Work Setting

This is a full-time role based in our Riyadh office, within a dynamic team environment focused on financial technology and regulatory adherence.
