Role Overview

The Reservations Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound reservation inquiries, providing accurate information on travel packages, rates, and availability, and processing bookings within the company’s reservation systems. The agent will communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring prompt responses, clear explanations, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international flight reservations.
• Book, issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets using Amadeus GDS.
• Assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and fare information.
• Process ticket cancellations, exchanges, and schedule changes.
• Coordinate with airlines to resolve ticketing issues.
• Ensure all bookings and ticketing are accurate and comply with airline policies.
• Confirm and modify reservations, coordinating with hotels and other service providers.
• Prepare booking confirmations and manage payment details in line with company policies.
• Support walk-in clients and perform receptionist duties as needed.
• Proactively promote suitable travel options to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service.
• Support the sales and operations team with reservation and ticketing requests.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
