The Role of Project Risk Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Risk Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, strategic position located in the Middle Oraija Dist, Riyadh. The role requires a seasoned professional with specialized experience in risk management within the real estate sector and project management environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments across real estate portfolios, development projects, and operational activities.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Prepare detailed risk reports and documentation for stakeholder review and board presentations.
• Establish and maintain risk management frameworks, controls, and procedures to minimize organizational exposure.
• Conduct risk workshops, training, and awareness programs to promote a risk-conscious culture throughout the organization.
• Review contracts and agreements to identify potential risks and recommend protective measures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of specialized experience in risk management.
• Demonstrated experience within the real estate sector.
• Proven background in a project management environment.
• Overall professional experience between 5-10 years.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specifically within the Middle Oraija District.
