About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Safety and Security Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to maintaining a secure environment for all guests, team members, and hotel facilities. The manager will lead comprehensive security operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contributing to a positive experience for everyone on the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the security team through recruitment, training, supervision, and mentorship, including performance evaluations and professional development.
• Manage daily security operations by implementing protocols to protect guests, employees, and property, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
• Supervise property safety measures, including security patrols, risk identification, and proactive resolution of safety and security concerns.
• Assist in conducting investigations related to accidents, thefts, property loss, and policy violations, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up procedures.
• Oversee emergency responses for incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and safety hazards, coordinating effectively with relevant teams.
• Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies on security-related matters as required.
• Ensure accurate documentation by reviewing and maintaining security reports, incident records, and compliance documentation.
• Support overall hotel operations as part of the leadership team, undertaking duty manager responsibilities when necessary and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and hotel standards.

Team Leadership and Development

A core aspect of this role involves building and maintaining a high-performing security team. The Safety and Security Manager is responsible for the full lifecycle of team member development, from recruitment and initial training to ongoing supervision and mentorship. This includes conducting regular performance evaluations, identifying and providing professional development opportunities, and recognizing achievements to foster a motivated and effective security force.

Operational Oversight and Compliance

The manager will oversee all security operations, implementing robust protocols to safeguard guests, employees, and property assets. This includes supervising security patrols, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks, and managing on-site emergency responses. The role also requires maintaining communication with law enforcement agencies and ensuring all security activities comply with local regulations and Hilton brand standards. Accurate record-keeping of security reports and incident documentation is essential.

Hotel Integration and Support

As a member of the leadership team, the Safety and Security Manager contributes to the broader hotel operations.
