About the Role
ECCO, a leading Danish company in the shoe and luxury accessories industry, is expanding its global presence in sports and excellence within the Arab world. We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience.
Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience. This involves understanding their needs, offering appropriate advice, and ensuring products are presented attractively. You will also contribute to sales activities, manage transactions accurately, and support inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to create a comfortable shopping environment.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored advice on products.
- Effectively manage interactions with multiple customers simultaneously.
- Conduct sales activities to introduce products and drive sales.
- Ensure products are displayed attractively and effectively according to retail standards.
- Manage sales and accounting processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with merchandise organization and warehouse support.
- Contribute positively to the team environment and motivate colleagues.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 0-1 years of sales experience, preferably in the shoe or clothing sector.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in the Italian language is preferred, with English language skills also being an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple customers concurrently.
- A positive and motivating attitude.
Compensation and Development
Salary is performance-based and includes a bonus system. Employees are eligible for annual and monthly bonuses. ECCO Retail provides continuous training on products and sales techniques through e-learning platforms and academic resources to support professional development.
Work Environment and Scheduling
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Working hours are planned and scheduled electronically, with the option to use a dedicated application. The work environment emphasizes teamwork, mutual support, and equal treatment for all team members.
