The Sales Executive Role

NOL Investment is seeking a Sales Executive to join its growing commercial team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving business growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires 5-10 years of experience, with a mandatory background in the Coffee or Food & Beverage industry, and is suited for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key accounts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and pipeline activities using CRM systems.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Candidate Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of previous sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Coffee or Food & Beverage industry is mandatory.
