Role Summary: Sales Manager, Cybersecurity Solutions

The Sales Manager, Cybersecurity Solutions, will lead new business development initiatives within the cybersecurity division. This full-time position in Riyadh involves identifying and securing new project opportunities, engaging key clients, and positioning Brains Valley Company as a trusted partner. The role requires a sales professional with a strong commercial track record and sufficient technical understanding of cybersecurity to effectively interact with both technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise and government accounts, maintaining a consistent and qualified sales pipeline.
• Establish direct engagement with key decision-makers, including C-level executives and IT leadership.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Develop and present compelling value propositions that clearly differentiate the company's offering.
• Collaborate closely with the Pre-Sales and technical delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
• Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to support account growth and retention.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of seven years of experience in technology or cybersecurity sales, with a demonstrated record of new business acquisition.
• Solid working knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, including firewalls and platforms such as F5, Palo Alto Networks, or Fortinet, sufficient to engage credibly with technical audiences.
• Proven negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in key account management and full-cycle B2B sales.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and proposal development.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with a competing organization in the cybersecurity or IT solutions sector, along with an existing network of relevant client relationships.
• Vendor sales certifications (*, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, or F5).
• CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CEH certification.
• Familiarity with IoT security and network infrastructure concepts.
