Sales Manager (FMCG)

About the Role

Hire Fellows is seeking a Sales Manager (FMCG) to drive revenue, distribution, availability, and overall sales performance across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead key sales channels through a distributor, while also expanding the brand's presence in Traditional Trade and HORECA sectors via a direct sales team. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, skilled in negotiations, and experienced in managing FMCG/F&B sales across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales performance, revenue, distribution, availability, and channel growth, ensuring profitable growth within the budgeted P&L.
• Oversee Modern Trade, Online, and Convenience channel performance through the distributor, including forecasting, sell-in/sell-out, availability, execution, and collections.
• Drive growth in Traditional Trade and HORECA through the direct sales team, focusing on expanding distribution and strengthening market presence.
• Lead customer negotiations, annual agreements, pricing, trade terms, and commercial plans with key customers.
• Manage, coach, and develop the sales team, tracking performance against targets, execution standards, and collections.
• Oversee the execution of trade marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team and distributor.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales management.
• Proven experience in managing FMCG/F&B sales across multiple channels.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and develop a sales team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring a dedicated approach to managing sales operations across the KSA market.
