Sales Representative

About the Role

This is a full-time Sales Representative position focused on field sales within the cleaning materials distribution sector. The role involves a combination of field visits and office tasks, primarily based in Dammam, Eastern Province, with responsibilities extending across the Eastern Province. There are three openings available for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to acquire new B2B customers throughout the Eastern Province.
• Promote and sell cleaning and detergent products within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and follow up on collections.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely product delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience is required, with a preference for field sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG, cleaning products, or distribution is a strong advantage.
• Candidates must be based in Dammam or willing to relocate within the Eastern Province.
• A valid driving license and ownership of a car are preferred.
• An existing B2B/HORECA customer base in Dammam is preferred.

Required Skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Compensation

The gross monthly salary for this position ranges from SAR 3,700 to SAR 5,000. This includes basic pay, accommodation, and transportation allowances.

Location

This role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Candidates may also be considered from Riyadh if willing to relocate.
