About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the showroom sales process, focusing on direct customer interaction, maintaining strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience looking to build a career in sales.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management

Provide a warm welcome and engage with customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer needs and deliver effective product presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers, ensuring consistent and proper follow-up.

Showroom Sales and Operations

Showcase showroom products and promote new offerings to enhance customer awareness.
Support the preparation of accurate quotations based on customer needs and specifications.
Follow up with customers diligently until deals are successfully closed.
Assist in the payment collection process, carry out invoicing procedures, and monitor the delivery process.
Work towards achieving annual sales targets in line with the company's strategic plan.

Collaboration and Professional Conduct

Interact and coordinate with internal departments, such as brand management and logistics, as required.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared objectives.
Ensure clear communication with peers and managers, demonstrating openness to guidance and feedback.
Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets within established schedules, utilizing resources efficiently.
Address and resolve any related issues that arise, escalating complex operational problems when necessary.
Adhere to all quality requirements, business processes, and safety regulations.
