About the Salesforce Business Analyst Role

Mashfrog Group is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team. This role involves supporting business process analysis and functional requirements gathering to contribute to the design of effective solutions on the Salesforce platform. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.
• Oversee and optimize platform customization through configurations, workflows, Process Builder automations, reporting, and dashboards, adhering to best practices.
• Manage and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet functional requirements and support business process improvement.
• Deliver training and mentoring to key users and internal teams to promote effective platform adoption and the Salesforce culture.
• Analyze data, metrics, and process performance to identify optimization opportunities and drive platform evolution.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
• A strong analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in teamwork.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position. The work involves a hybrid model, requiring presence at the client's office.
