About Aspexx and the Opportunity

Aspexx is partnering with a global digital consultancy that specializes in designing websites, applications, portals, and digital experiences for Fortune 500 organizations. This consultancy leverages strategy, data, design, and technology to address complex customer challenges across diverse sectors including government, banking, retail, and telecommunications. We are seeking a Salesforce Services Sales Lead to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving the growth of Salesforce professional services within the Saudi Arabian market.

Role Overview

The Salesforce Services Sales Lead is a client-facing, quota-carrying role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing Salesforce-related service opportunities. These services include implementation, consulting, integration, and managed services. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients, collaborating closely with internal strategy, design, engineering, and delivery teams to develop proposals. This role also involves working with Salesforce account executives on joint go-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services, including implementation, consulting, integration, and managed services.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors such as travel, hospitality, real estate, public sector, telecommunications, banking, and retail.
  • Leverage an existing network of connections to generate new Salesforce deals within the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with strategy, delivery, and technical teams to craft winning proposals.
  • Work with Salesforce account executives and alliances on joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the sales forecast, pipeline development, and deal closure targets for the KSA market.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce innovations and competitive positioning.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in sales or a related field, with a proven track record in Salesforce services.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, their business value, and competitive positioning.
  • Deep knowledge of the KSA market, coupled with an existing network in enterprise and/or government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of KSA business culture and decision-making processes.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build C-level relationships.
  • Demonstrated deal-closing skills and experience leading strategic sales pursuits.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with or within Digital Experience Platform (DXP) partners or System Integrators (SIs).
  • A background in consulting or advisory roles within digital transformation initiatives.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive base salary complemented by a commission structure, reflecting performance and contribution to growth.
