About the Role

Reef Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual for the role of Salesforce CRM, functioning as a CRM Business Partner (CRM Consultant). This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Role Overview

This position requires strong technical and functional expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce. The role involves aligning CRM solutions with business objectives and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall CRM strategy, planning, and execution across the organization.
• Manage and optimize CRM platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee integration between CRM and enterprise systems (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance within CRM systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage CRM upgrades, enhancements, and system performance.
• Drive user adoption, training, and best practices across teams.
• Lead and mentor CRM team members and external vendors when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in CRM strategy, implementation, and management.
• Demonstrated strong technical and functional expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.
• Ability to align CRM solutions with business objectives and drive digital transformation.
