About the Opportunity

Salt is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join a significant digital transformation program. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves delivering one of the most substantial SuccessFactors implementations in the Middle East.

Project Scope and Context

The successful candidate will work on a complex, enterprise-wide SAP SuccessFactors implementation. This program focuses on delivering a centralized global template with rollouts across 16 entities, presenting challenging business scenarios and opportunities to work with the latest SAP technologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations using SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
• Configure and implement Employee Central (Core HR), Time Off, Timesheet / Time Tracking, Benefits, Position Management, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Picklists, Workflows, and Data Models.
• Configure Job Information, Compensation Information, and country-specific employee data.
• Design and configure Time Management objects, including Holidays, Holiday Calendars, Work Schedules, Time Types, and Time Profiles.
• Configure accrual rules, recalculation processes, time valuation, and time-off calendar jobs.
• Configure HRIS Sync and Employee Central integrations using Integration Centre.
• Modify and maintain XML-based data models, including Employee Central, Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, and CSF Data Model.
• Develop custom configurations as required to meet business needs.
• Support project governance by managing risks, issues, and escalations.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions (Arabic language delivery preferred).
• Ensure solutions comply with local public sector labor regulations and organizational requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 9 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience across Employee Central, MDF, Foundation Objects, Business Rules, XML Data Models, Workflows, Position Management, RBP, Time Off, and Timesheet / Time Tracking.
• Experience configuring Time Management Objects, Accrual Rules, Time Valuation, and Time Off Calendar Jobs.

Essential Skills and Technical Knowledge

• Proficiency with Integration Centre.
• Strong understanding of HRIS Sync configuration.
• Experience with Ad Hoc Reporting.
• Knowledge of the Benefits module.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Proven experience applying SAP Activate methodology.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to SAR 30,000 per month.
