About the Role

Tabby | تابي is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading Accounts Payable and Vendor Management functions. The role requires 2-5 years of experience and is central to ensuring payment accuracy, compliance, and strong vendor relationships within the financial operations.

Role Overview

The Senior Accountant will manage the entire accounts payable lifecycle, from vendor onboarding to disbursement controls. This position involves optimizing P2P processes and driving operational excellence while maintaining data integrity across financial operations. The ideal candidate will provide expertise in these areas to support the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Manage vendor payment runs and ensure adherence to payment terms and internal policies.
• Perform detailed invoice matching against purchase orders and receipts.
• Maintain vendor master data, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and dispute resolution.
• Evaluate vendor performance and support procurement in contract negotiations when necessary.
• Perform regular vendor statement reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and withholding tax regulations regarding vendor payments.
• Maintain strict internal controls over disbursements to prevent fraud.
• Support month-end close by managing AP accruals and aging reports.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, specifically within Accounts Payable and Vendor Management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring an on-site presence to manage critical financial operations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
