About the Role

OneBlade is seeking three Senior Architects for major international projects located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These are contract-based, freelance (B2B) engagements. The roles require strong architectural seniority within complex, international, and multi-vendor enterprise environments, with direct engagement with international stakeholders.

Available Senior Architect Positions

We are looking to fill the following specialized Senior Architect roles:

• Data & Integration Architect (6-month contract, with potential extension): Focuses on Enterprise Data Architecture, Integration, Data Governance, APIs, Data Platforms, Advanced Analytics, AI, Real-Time Data, and IoT.
• Security & Infrastructure Architect (3-month contract, with potential extension): Specializes in Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud & Hybrid Cloud, Network Architecture, Cybersecurity, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Security Operations, and IoT Security.
• Technology Architect (3-month contract, with potential extension): Covers Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Solution Architecture, Cloud, Integration, AI, IoT, Smart Operations, Technology Governance, and Roadmaps.

Work Conditions

These positions are on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The contract type is freelance/B2B. Travel expenses, hotel accommodation, and meals are fully covered by the client for the duration of the engagement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. Specific requirements include:

• English Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory, with a minimum C1 level required. Applications from candidates with an English level below C1 will not be considered.
• Architectural Seniority: Demonstrated strong architectural seniority, with experience working in complex, international, and multi-vendor enterprise environments.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage directly with international stakeholders.
• Project Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in major international events or large-scale programs such as COP28, the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup, or comparable global initiatives is considered a strong advantage.
