About the Role

Imploy is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams by analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and defining requirements. The Senior Business Analyst will support the delivery of effective technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with business, operations, and IT teams.
Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to understand business needs.
Perform data analysis to support business cases, feasibility studies, and decision-making.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Support projects throughout the lifecycle, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, change management, and post-implementation reviews.
Present analysis, recommendations, and project updates to senior stakeholders.
Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote best practices in business analysis and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
Experience working within technology or IT-related sectors.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of business requirements, process mapping, and solution analysis.
