The Role

Unifonic is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The Compliance team is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's compliance function, focusing on all compliance affairs to anticipate issues and develop proactive, practical solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Maintain open communication channels with relevant decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory communications and their impact.
• Organize and conduct regular training sessions for employees on key regulatory changes and updates.
• Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Ensure internal regulatory compliance by communicating requirements, obtaining necessary approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Manage applications for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
• Maintain communication with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
• Stay informed about compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
• Identify potential roadblocks and propose process improvements within the compliance framework.
• Maintain a compliance communication register and related documentation.
• Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit findings and violations.
• Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, including compiling identified gaps and action plans.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage regulatory engagement frameworks.
• Experience in identifying and mitigating regulatory compliance risks.
• Proficiency in researching and interpreting industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and employee training.
• Ability to develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. The role operates within Unifonic's dedicated Compliance team.
