The Role of Senior Consultant Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Consultant Manager to join its Contract Services Team in Middle Oraija Dist, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering Contract Development, Contract Management, Dispute Resolution, and Claims Management Services across the region. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in consultancy or contractor organizations, demonstrating hands-on experience with standard forms of contract, claims management, dispute avoidance, and/or dispute resolution within the built environment sectors. This position requires a commercially astute and results-oriented individual capable of providing best-in-class claims and dispute management advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy services on live contracts and projects in distress.
  • Prepare and support major bid proposals.
  • Apply methodical analytical skills with a flexible approach to service delivery under challenging scenarios.
  • Compile claim reports.
  • Manage strong contract administration and commercial aspects on major projects.
  • Support Subject Matter Experts and contribute to the growth of the Contract Services division.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in a consultancy or contractor organization.
  • Background in quantity surveying, commercial management, engineering, and/or law.
  • Experience across various construction sectors and project types.
  • Proficiency with FIDIC and other standard form contracts, including relevant processes and procedures.
  • Experience with arbitration and/or litigation processes.
  • Experience in performance forensics, from either a quantum or delay background.
  • Confidence in client-facing environments, with strong presentational skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a high-performing Contract Services division, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and clients across the region.
