Role Overview

The Senior Director of Commercial Office Leasing will spearhead a dedicated team, cultivate strong tenant relationships, and collaborate with various stakeholders. The primary objective is to create a dynamic and productive work environment within Qiddiya's commercial office portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and strong performance.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements, focusing on favorable terms for both Qiddiya and its tenants.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns aimed at attracting tenants.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial leasing.
• Implement tenant engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in commercial office leasing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive leasing strategies.
