About the Role

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is designed for an Electrical Design Engineer who values technical depth, project ownership, and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design delivery for multiple projects from concept through detailed design.
• Prepare specifications, drawings, and contract documentation in alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with mechanical, public health, and other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support budget development and cost planning according to client specifications.
• Liaise directly with clients, design teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes in line with change control procedures, maintaining awareness of cost and programme.
• Support junior engineers and contribute technically to the wider team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (BSc/BEng or equivalent).
• 2-5 years of experience in MEP electrical design across a range of building types.
• Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in industry software such as AutoCAD and recognized electrical design tools.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Membership (or working towards membership) of a recognized professional body such as CIBSE or IET.
• Experience in a Data Centre is preferred.
