Role Overview

SoftwareOne is seeking a Senior Enterprise Consultant specializing in Microsoft Active Directory & Exchange Infrastructure. This contract role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading the architecture, modernization, and deployment of large-scale Microsoft infrastructure environments. The consultant will design, implement, migrate, and optimize enterprise identity and messaging platforms to ensure secure, resilient, and highly available solutions with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Active Directory and Exchange modernization initiatives, including the upgrade and migration of legacy Microsoft platforms in complex enterprise environments.
• Design, implement, and migrate hybrid Microsoft infrastructure solutions, encompassing Microsoft 365, identity, messaging, and multi-datacenter platforms.
• Architect and optimize high-availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Microsoft identity, messaging, authentication, and security technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive security hardening, performance optimization, governance, and risk management activities across enterprise environments.
• Develop PowerShell automation, support migration and operational activities, and maintain architecture, migration, and operational documentation.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in relevant enterprise consulting roles, with a focus on Microsoft infrastructure environments.

Work Environment

This is a contract position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working closely with customers, project teams, Microsoft, and third-party vendors to drive infrastructure transformation initiatives and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives and Microsoft best practices.
