About the Role

Hays is partnering with a leading investment management firm in Saudi Arabia to appoint a Senior Equity Research Analyst. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is part of an expanding investment team focused on public market opportunities.

Role Purpose

The Senior Equity Research Analyst will contribute to the research and evaluation of public market investment opportunities. This role involves conducting detailed company analysis, building financial models, assessing investment opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support investment decision-making within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fundamental analysis of publicly traded companies across various sectors.
• Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support investment analysis.
• Analyze financial statements, operating performance, and valuation metrics.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, and macroeconomic factors affecting investment opportunities.
• Prepare investment reports, research notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Develop investment theses and make recommendations based on rigorous analysis.
• Engage with company management teams and industry participants as appropriate.
• Support the ongoing monitoring and assessment of portfolio holdings and prospective investments.
