About Peergrowth and the Role

Peergrowth is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager Healthcare to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading comprehensive HR operations for a multi-entity healthcare group, which encompasses hospitals, clinics, retail pharmacies, and diagnostic laboratories.

Leadership in HR Operations

The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing critical HR functions across the group. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing end-to-end HR operations, service level agreements (SLAs), and operating calendars.
  • Managing employee relations, workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions in strict compliance with local labor law frameworks.
  • Partnering with executive leadership and finance on annual HR budgeting, manpower planning, personnel cost tracking, and end-to-end payroll/compensation & benefits operations.
  • Leading organizational development initiatives, including job architecture revamps, role banding, and the enterprise-wide performance management cycle.
  • Supporting corporate strategic initiatives, M&A due diligence, post-acquisition workforce integrations, and interim learning and development programs.

Compliance and Governance

A core aspect of this role is ensuring robust compliance and governance across all HR activities. This includes:

  • Owning internal and external HR compliance, enforcing adherence to regional labor laws, statutory government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, MHRSD), and internal governance frameworks.
  • Ensuring total HR readiness and compliance with national healthcare accreditation standards (such as CBAHI), managing staff credentialing, primary source verification, and practitioner licensing.
  • Leading HR data privacy governance in alignment with personal data protection laws (PDPL), maintaining processing records, data subject rights workflows, and breach readiness.
  • Monitoring and optimizing nationalization (Saudization/Nitaqat) targets, visa processing, and statutory filings to prevent operational bottlenecks and penalties.

HR Technology and Strategy

The manager will also direct HRMS/HRIS platform strategies. This involves managing module rollouts, system customizations, vendor integrations, and master data governance across all business units within the healthcare group.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in human resources, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the healthcare sector and have exposure to multi-entity operations.
