Senior Manager Construction Management

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company (شركة قدية الاستثمارية) is seeking a Senior Manager - Construction Management to lead the execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and involves ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

Role Overview

The Senior Manager, Construction Management will oversee contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the entire construction lifecycle. The role focuses on driving operational excellence and effective stakeholder management to achieve project objectives and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handover.
• Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectives.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies.
• Oversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.
• Review and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issues.
• Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issues.
• Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, preferably with large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project execution and delivery effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on delivering significant construction projects for Qiddiya Investment Company.
