About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to oversee and coordinate all operational preparedness activities for its entertainment and cultural projects. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, is crucial for ensuring the successful launch and ongoing operation of world-class facilities. The role requires a strategic approach to planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive operational readiness plans that align with Qiddiya’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams, operations, engineering, and stakeholders to integrate operational readiness into project execution.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies for successful project launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development programs designed to prepare staff and operational teams to meet performance standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational readiness and performance, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and industry standards in operational readiness.
• Promote a guest-focused approach in all operational readiness efforts to enhance the visitor experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity. Experience within the entertainment or large-scale infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role is integral to the successful development and operation of Qiddiya's diverse entertainment and cultural offerings.
