About the Role

Keeta, the international subsidiary of global delivery leader Meituan, is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves shaping and executing marketing communication strategies for a rapidly expanding global delivery platform in a high-growth market.

Since its inception in 2023, Keeta has been dedicated to enhancing the delivery experience and fostering shared progress across its operational regions, including the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Define and maintain brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee content creation for social media, push notifications, email, in-app messaging, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Product, CRM, and Design teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to optimize messaging and communication strategies.
  • Support new feature launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns with effective communication plans.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and markets as Keeta expands in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing communications, with a preference for experience in tech, e-commerce, or food delivery sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, CRM, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience in brand building, storytelling, and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable communication strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with mobile app marketing and user lifecycle communications is considered a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is also required.
  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia with a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.
