About Rasēd and the Opportunity

Rasēd provides a fraud detection and prevention solution designed for financial institutions, fintechs, and payment providers. The platform integrates AI, device intelligence, and behavioral biometrics to detect and prevent fraud in real time, while also offering advanced analytics for post-incident investigation, compliance, and automated case management. We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The primary purpose of this role is to establish and manage Rasēd's digital presence within the B2B fintech and compliance sectors. The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for positioning Rasēd as a recognized voice among fraud and compliance decision-makers, particularly within Saudi banks. This involves translating Rasēd's product and regulatory expertise into consistent market visibility to drive awareness and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Rasēd's B2B digital marketing presence, including website content, SEO, LinkedIn thought leadership, and email/outbound campaigns.
  • Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns specifically targeting compliance, risk, and fraud decision-makers within Saudi banks and financial institutions.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and digital marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Contribute to the development of brand positioning and messaging within a regulated, technical B2B fintech environment.
  • Coordinate Rasēd's participation in industry events and conferences, such as LEAP, in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with sales and presales teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and the sales pipeline, and to develop necessary marketing collateral.
  • Develop and manage content for both Arabic and English audiences.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital, brand, and event components.
  • Strong proficiency in writing and content creation in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to engage with complex compliance and technical subject matter and translate it into clear, engaging marketing content.
  • No specific design skills are required for this role.

Desired Attributes and Background

  • Familiarity with the Saudi banking and fintech landscape is considered a significant advantage.
  • A self-starter mentality, comfortable with establishing marketing functions and processes within a dynamic startup environment.
