About T&S and the Role

T&S is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join its full-time team in Riyadh. At T&S, marketing integrates strategy, creativity, and impact across diverse industries including Human Capital Excellence (HCE), Digital & SAP Solutions, SPORTX, Construction & Design, and ASDR. This role is central to shaping brand communication, growth, and market connection, operating within an environment that fosters collaboration, curiosity, and innovation.

The Senior Marketing Specialist translates business objectives into effective marketing strategies and campaigns. The primary purpose is to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This involves planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand standards, and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels in alignment with the growth strategy.
• Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives targeting qualified prospects.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery.
• Manage marketing assets including brochures, presentations, landing pages, and website content.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics such as leads, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support events, partnerships, and promotional activities when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication and marketing materials.
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of marketing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment with some exposure to B2C.
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems, analytics tools, and lead management processes.
• Prior experience in industrial, technical, or tools-related industries is considered a plus.

Working Relationships

This role involves extensive collaboration both internally and externally. Internally, the Senior Marketing Specialist works with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Product teams, Corporate Communications, and senior management to plan and execute marketing initiatives. Externally, coordination is required with marketing agencies, media partners, vendors, event organizers, and other stakeholders to deliver campaigns and promotional activities.
