Role Objectives

The primary objective of the Marketing Specialist is to drive digital marketing efforts and ensure the smooth execution of all marketing initiatives. This involves strategic planning and optimization of campaigns across key digital platforms, alongside crucial coordination of office operations, on-ground activities, and supplier relationships to meet brand standards, timelines, and budgetary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to ensure objectives are met and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate content and creative assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and campaign strategies.
• Manage office operations related to marketing activities, including administrative tasks and resource allocation.
• Coordinate on-ground campaign activities, ensuring logistical support and successful execution.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality of services for marketing initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital campaign management and operational coordination.
