Role Overview

The Senior Physiotherapist Neuro is responsible for providing comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients who experience physical difficulties. This includes individuals affected by illness, injury, disability, or aging, with a specific focus on neurological conditions. The primary objective of this role is to improve patients' physical function and facilitate their recovery through expertly designed and implemented treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients with physical difficulties stemming from neurological conditions, illness, injury, disability, or aging.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs to enhance patients' physical function.
• Administer various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy (such as massage), therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Ensure all physiotherapy services are delivered in accordance with established national and international practices, policies, and procedures.

Professional Standards and Compliance

A core aspect of this position involves ensuring the delivery of care meets rigorous International standards. The Senior Physiotherapist Neuro will consistently adhere to all relevant national and international guidelines, policies, and procedures to maintain the highest quality of service and patient safety.

Qualifications and Experience

• A recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in physiotherapy, with a demonstrated focus on neuro rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in applying a range of physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and electrotherapy.
