About the Role

Atos is seeking a Senior Presales Cybersecurity Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to shaping technology and transformation initiatives for Atos' clients, aligning with the Atos KSA/MET Growth Plan and Execution framework. The role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic business understanding, and leadership to translate client business objectives into comprehensive architectural solutions and actionable roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CXOs and Technology Leaders to define business outcome-driven technological transformation visions, SMART objectives, and program charters.
• Lead the definition, design, and governance of Enterprise Architecture (business, technical, data, and security) using frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman to produce strategic blueprints.
• Conduct feasibility analysis, including modernization models and Greenfield/Brownfield assessments, to guide MVP-based roadmaps.
• Develop business cases for multi-year programs, defining roadmaps and phased rollouts using agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• Ensure strategic blueprints are compliant with regulations such as PDPL, CCRF, NCA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to engage strategically with key client accounts.
• Lead customer requirement gathering and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses to deliver end-to-end solutions, focusing on Atos' unique selling propositions and commercial metrics like T2V, TTM, TCO, and xLAs.
• Drive Atos Offering Portfolios and leverage strategic technology partnerships.
• Create architectural artifacts, including strategy blueprints and security models, aligned with customer visions and business requirements.
• Develop detailed business cases, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI).
• Define MVP-based roadmaps and wave-based rollouts for program execution.
• Apply strong understanding of AI aspects in cybersecurity, including data governance.

Technical and Architectural Expertise

This role requires over 5 years of experience in senior architecture roles within a minimum of 15 years of Information Technology experience, with a proven track record of leading enterprise solutions at C-level. Expertise in the Public Sector, Government, Energy, and Financial Services domains, particularly within the KSA market, is essential. Extensive experience in architecting and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, engaging with C-suite stakeholders, and addressing risk posture, compliance, and regulatory requirements is critical.

Foundational skills include assessing security requirements, designing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions (network security, cloud security, SOC/SIEM, data protection), creating detailed architectural documentation adhering to industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR), supporting proof-of-concepts, and architecting solutions tailored to customer needs.

Essential Soft Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct impactful workshops and high-stakes presentations for executive audiences.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through vision and influence.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with CXOs, Sales, and Engineering teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is a significant advantage for engaging with KSA-based CXOs and government entities.

The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
