The Role of Senior Product Manager

Sanabil Studio is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee product execution across multiple ventures. This role involves integrating design, engineering, and business perspectives to develop ideas from initial concept through rapid experimentation, iterative MVPs, and a user-centric approach. The position is full-time and located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with studio leadership to define product direction and ensure alignment with venture theses.
• Lead structured discovery sprints, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit.
• Translate insights into actionable roadmaps and MVP definitions, balancing speed, scalability, and user value.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from PRDs and wireframes through to launch.
• Write clear product requirements and work closely with designers and engineers for quick and iterative execution.
• Engage with engineering teams on trade-offs, architectural decisions, and product feasibility.
• Utilize product analytics, user feedback, and behavioral data to drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party APIs, SaaS tools, and low-code solutions to accelerate development.
• Create reusable product playbooks, tools, and templates to streamline builds across ventures.
• Mentor junior product team members on best practices, agile methodologies, and lean experimentation.
• Maintain visibility across ventures to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with studio goals.

Required Experience

• Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment and Culture

The role involves working across multiple ventures simultaneously, each at varying stages of development. This position is central to defining the product development approach at Sanabil Studio, including creating playbooks and mentoring talent. The Senior Product Manager will work directly with founders, venture architects, designers, and engineers, participating in key decision-making processes.
