About Mace and the Role

Mace is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves applying construction expertise and consultancy to enhance project potential. The position is integral to delivering high standards of quality assurance across significant developments.

Project Context

This role supports a transformative mixed-use development located in Abha, Saudi Arabia. The programme aims to establish a world-class destination by integrating residential, commercial, hospitality, leisure, and public realm components. This large-scale development contributes to the Kingdom's ongoing transformation and is designed to create a lasting legacy for the region.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver assigned elements of the annual business plan on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
Lead internal and external audit activity, including planning, facilitation, reporting, and supporting the achievement of new certifications.
Provide expert analysis of non-conformances, identifying root causes and recommending corrective and preventative actions to strengthen performance.
Oversee the review, improvement, and implementation of management system content, driving consistency and best practice.
Coordinate management review activities, analysing data, identifying trends, and presenting insights to inform decision-making.
Produce high-quality communications, reports, and training materials to support engagement and capability building across the business.
Manage supplier performance, offering guidance, training, and audits to enhance the quality and robustness of their management systems.
Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of associated carbon emissions and reductions during work delivery.

Candidate Requirements

Degree-level education combined with lead auditor training and quality-focused experience.
Strong working knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 standards, and assurance processes, supported by experience in internal auditing and quality management practices.
Proficiency in audit, risk, budgeting, and operational planning.
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management capabilities within complex organisations.
Ability to meet necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and possess relevant work experience on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, as required for immigration and client approval.

Work Setting

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within an integrated, multidisciplinary team on a large-scale development that contributes to the ongoing transformation of the Kingdom.
