The Role of Senior Quality Engineer (Saudi National)

Parsons is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Saudi National) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves performing quality assurance activities on complex projects and programs to ensure that all products and services meet both customer and Parsons' quality requirements. The Senior Quality Engineer will regularly interact with various functional groups, including program management, design/engineering, purchasing, and construction personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Quality Systems support, utilizing the ISO 9001 Standard for process development and optimization, procedure creation, data collection and reporting, and Quality Systems training.
Interface with senior and executive management regarding ISO 9000 process improvement and reengineering initiatives.
Perform and document Internal Quality Audits for assigned offices, projects, and jobsites, managing all related follow-up activities. Audits ensure compliance with Parsons standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes, specifications, and drawings across areas such as Design, Engineering, Estimating, Procurement, Project Controls, Vendor/Subcontractor Management, Receiving, Handling & Storage, and Construction.
Facilitate all internal and external Quality audits and present results to management.
Conduct qualification audits for suppliers of purchased items and services.
Perform quality engineering reviews of design documentation to ensure compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
Collaborate in the development and maintenance of Quality Policy, Processes, Procedures, and related documents. Review Quality Manuals, documents, and implementation procedures for compliance with industry codes, standards, regulations, and regulatory commitments.
Review from a quality perspective (and approve if required) documents prepared by internal or external organizations, such as quality manuals and procedures, technical deliverables, test plans and procedures, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
Collaborate with management on Quality activities interfacing with internal or external organizations (customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and others).
Perform other responsibilities as appropriate to the position.
